Brazem Shipping Policy
At Brazem, we're committed to getting your premium travel accessories to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $35
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only and is available with any payment method. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories do not qualify for free shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping. For orders under $35, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping Carrier
Brazem ships primarily via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship from our fulfillment center in California, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the country.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on Friday will typically be processed the following Monday. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 4–8 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary based on carrier volume and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website or through your order confirmation page.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at cs@brazem.com, and we'll do our best to assist before the order leaves our facility.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, carrier delays may extend delivery times beyond our standard estimates. We recommend placing orders early during the holiday season and checking our website for any shipping updates or cutoff dates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at cs@brazem.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with USPS to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Brazem travel gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at cs@brazem.com. Please note that certain items may be marked as non-returnable on their product pages prior to purchase.
