RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Some items are non-returnable (e.g., final sale items). This will be noted on the product page before purchase.
How to Return
- Email us at cs@brazem.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
- Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
- We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at cs@brazem.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
- Returns are free for U.S. customers.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
