RETURN & REFUND POLICY – U.S. CUSTOMERS

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Some items are non-returnable (e.g., final sale items). This will be noted on the product page before purchase.

How to Return

Email us at cs@brazem.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at cs@brazem.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Returns are free for U.S. customers.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
