Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – U.S. CUSTOMERS

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Some items are non-returnable (e.g., final sale items). This will be noted on the product page before purchase.

How to Return

  1. Email us at cs@brazem.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at cs@brazem.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns are free for U.S. customers.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
