How It Works

- Choose to pay in installments — either 4 biweekly payments or monthly installments.
- Your first payment is due at checkout. Remaining payments are automatically charged to your saved card.
You'll receive an email reminder before each payment so you're always in the loop.

You can split your purchase into 4 equal biweekly payments at 0% APR, or choose monthly installments (rates may apply depending on your purchase amount). Both options are available on debit and credit cards.
Is there a spending limit?
Yes — the maximum order value for Shop Pay Installments is $17,500 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.
Are there any late fees?
No. There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment. However, partial or late payments may impact your credit score or future eligibility for Shop Pay Installments.
Can international customers use Shop Pay Installments?
Shop Pay Installments is available to customers with a United States billing address and phone number only. International customers are not eligible at this time.
Can I use Shop Pay Installments to buy gift cards?
Gift cards cannot be purchased using Shop Pay Installments. If your cart includes both gift cards and eligible products, you'll need to place two separate orders.
What happens if I return an item?
Once your refund is processed, the amount will appear on your payment schedule within 3–10 business days and your balance will be updated accordingly.
- If your refund is less than your balance, you may have fewer payments or a smaller final payment.
- If your refund is more than your balance, the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
- If you paid with monthly installments, note that any interest paid is non-refundable, as it is the cost of borrowing.
